COLLEGE PLANNING (9-11th)

Our College Planning service provides long-term, personalized guidance for students beginning their journey early. It’s about understanding who you are, what you love, and how to grow with purpose—step by step.

What’s Included:

  • Positioning & Long-Term Planning:

We begin with deep conversations—with both students and parents—to understand family values, educational background, and long-term goals. Based on this, we assess academic strengths, extracurricular interests, and growth opportunities, then design a long-term timeline tailored to each student. Our planning isn’t static. We help families adjust focus and priorities as students mature, ensuring a sense of direction through every year of high school.
  • Academic Development Support:

We guide students in course selection based on their school system—whether American high school, IB, A-Level, or others—ensuring a balanced, strategic academic plan that aligns with future college goals. We also help families identify tutoring needs and offer resources to strengthen weak areas early. When it comes to standardized tests (SAT, ACT, TOEFL, etc.), we help students create customized timelines so they can prepare steadily—not cram under pressure.
  • Interest Development & Leadership Enrichment:

Top colleges want to see more than grades—they want to see character, curiosity, and impact. We support students in identifying meaningful activities, competitions, or independent projects that connect with their academic passions and potential interests. For students with leadership potential, we encourage them to take initiative—whether founding a club, launching a podcast, or building a community service program. We also provide long-term reading coaching to strengthen storytelling and personal voice, essential for future college academics.
  • College Visit Planning & Reflection:

Campus visits aren’t tourism—they’re opportunities for students to develop judgment and self-awareness. We help students identify which schools to visit, how to connect with admissions officers, and how to reflect meaningfully on what they’ve learned. After each visit, we guide students through follow-up emails and interview prep to build genuine relationships with schools. Through this process, they begin to shift from “chasing rankings” to “finding the right fit.”
  • Summer/Winter Break Planning:

We guide students to make meaningful use of winter and summer breaks through well-matched summer schools, internships, or independent projects. Each recommendation is purpose-driven, aligned with academic or personal growth, and limited to a few high-impact options. We help plan, apply, and reflect—turning time off into progress.
  • Consistent Mentorship & Personalized Check-ins

College planning isn’t a one-time event—it’s an ongoing relationship. We meet with each student regularly to monitor progress, adjust strategies, and guide decision-making step by step. Parents also receive periodic updates and summaries to understand how their child is growing. We ensure students stay focused, motivated, and accountable—without burning out. And when questions arise between meetings, we’re always just a message away.

Ideal for:
✔️ Grade 9–11 students and families looking for clarity, structure, and expert partnership over multiple years.

COLLEGE APPLICATION ADVISING (12th)

When it’s time to apply, every detail matters. This PACKAGE provides high-touch, customized support throughout the application season to craft a thoughtful, compelling, and complete application strategy.

What’s Included:

  • College List & Strategy:

We don’t just categorize colleges by “reach,” “match,” and “safety.” We help you create a well-researched list that match your interests, academic profile, values, long-term goals, and campus culture preferences. Every school is chosen with purpose, not just rankings.
  • Essay Coaching

We guide students through a deep reflective process—starting with brainstorming sessions that uncover meaningful experiences. Then we move through structured outlining, revising, and polishing. Every word is yours. We don’t use AI or ghostwriting—just your voice, your story, be authentically told.
  • Activity & Resume Support

We help students present their extracurricular activities in a way that highlights depth, leadership, and growth. From writing compelling descriptions to formatting impactful resume , we ensure every piece of your application tells a consistent and impressive story.
  • Application Management
From organizing deadlines to proofreading each submission, we support students in navigating all portals (Common App, UC, Coalition, etc.) and school-specific requirements. No detail is too small—we serve as the “second brain” during the busiest time of senior year.
  • Interview Preparation
We don’t give you hundreds of questions to memorize. Instead, we help you identify your core talking points—who you are, what matters to you, and how to communicate that authentically. Our consultants evaluate which interview format fits you best, then coach you with customized mock interviews so you walk in confident and clear.
  • Waitlist & School Communication

We guide students on how to write effective update letters, communicate with admissions respectfully, and—when appropriate—strategically signal continued interest to maximize chances for admission.
  • Post-Acceptance Support

We help students review offers, weigh academic and financial factors, and complete enrollment steps with confidence. From housing to orientation prep, we provide guidance to make the transition to college smooth and informed.
  • Pre-Departure Orientation

Before heading to college, students join a personalized session to help them start strong—academically, socially, and personally. We cover how to manage time effectively, choose and balance courses, explore majors, and understand key aspects of college life such as campus norms, communication with professors, and student responsibilities. Students leave with practical tools, clear expectations, and greater confidence to navigate their first year—so they don’t just adjust, but thrive.

Ideal for:
✔️Grade 12 students preparing for U.S. college applications who want expert guidance on every step—from strategy to submission to decision.
